Jerry O. Dueitt and Rose Dueitt appeal from the trial courts dismissal of their case for want of prosecution. Because we find that the trial court did not abuse its discretion in dismissing the Dueitts cause, and because we find that any error in failing to hold a hearing on the Dueitts motion to reinstate was harmless, we affirm.
