1 Plaintiff in error, Raymand Emanuel Duckworth, defendant below, was charged by information in the County Court of Stephens County, Oklahoma, with the offense of driving a motor vehicle on a public highway while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, 47 O.S.Supp. 1955 ? 93 [47-93]. He was tried by a jury, convicted, and sentenced to a period of thirty days in the county jail and a fine of $200. Judgment and sentence were entered on the jurys verdict from which this appeal has been taken.
